More details regarding returns, repairs, exchanges and refunds

Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is part of a combo pack, you must return the entire pack.

Repairs: If you’re returning a RepOne Sensor for repair or otherwise, unless it is in like-new condition and within 14 days of the date it was shipped, we cannot provide postage for the return. If your order is sent to us for repair after 14 days, we cannot guarantee functionality of your returned device due to the unexpected condition of received units. We will do our best to repair it free of charge and if it is not successful we will send back your RepOne Sensor as-is. We do not do repairs for strictly cosmetic issues. RepOne Sensor is a hand made consumer electronics device and the buyer reasonably recognizes that there is a small likelihood of cosmetic imperfections.To initiate a return or repair, send an email to support@getrepone.com.

Exchanges: You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date it was shipped. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please list on the RMA label which size and style you would like to have sent back to you. The customer is responsible for postage in the event of an exchange, and an invoice will be generated in this event.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the order is domestic, please ship all items to us via USPS, and do not send anything requiring a signature. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost items sent to us for a return/exchange. We recommend getting a tracking number for all items you ship to us.
